1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and booking services with Mihayo's Safaris, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Mihayo's Safaris provides safari tours, Kilimanjaro climbing expeditions, and Zanzibar beach holidays. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Payments

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment must be received by the date specified in your booking confirmation
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Prices do not include travel insurance, visas, or personal expenses

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation 60+ days before: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
• Cancellation 30-59 days before: 50% refund of total price
• Cancellation less than 30 days before: No refund
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to mihayosafaris@gmail.com

5. Health and Safety Requirements

• Guests must be in good physical and mental health to participate
• Guests are responsible for obtaining required vaccinations and travel insurance
• Guests must disclose any medical conditions or medications that may affect the safari
• Mihayo's Safaris is not responsible for health-related incidents

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Safari tourism involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Mihayo's Safaris is not liable for:

• Injuries or accidents during safari activities
• Wildlife encounters or animal behavior
• Weather-related delays or itinerary changes
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
• Travel delays or cancellations by airlines or third-party providers

7. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, wildlife conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. While we will make every effort to maintain the planned itinerary, changes may be necessary.

8. Personal Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Follow all guides' instructions and safety protocols
• Respect wildlife and natural environments
• Behave respectfully toward other guests and staff
• Comply with Tanzanian laws and regulations

Mihayo's Safaris reserves the right to remove guests who violate these expectations, without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including photos, text, and designs, is the property of Mihayo's Safaris. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mihayo's Safaris' total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for your safari package.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutually agreed negotiation or, if necessary, through Tanzanian legal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
